Very responsive and a job well done. I contacted Avila's Construction about. project to enlarge my attic vent and install a fan. I reached Erik right away and he came out the next day to look at the job. He said he would send an estimate by the end of the day and that's exactly what he did. The estimate was reasonable and he was able to fit me into their schedule just a few days later. He and his crew showed up on time and did a great job. Having dealt with many contractors that don't get back to me when they say, or are are otherwise flaky in some way. It was so refreshing to deal with a company that was responsive, kept their commitments and did a great job. Highly recommend.

These guys are amazing! Erik and Valentin were super professional and courteous of my home. They did a bathroom remodel and not only did they do a fantastic job but they really took the time to listen to all the small details. I was kind of nervous because of the pandemic but they always wore their masks and after the visit, made sure everything was cleaned up. Make sure you guys support your local business as I am more than happy I did! Thanks guys.

Avila Construction performed a turnkey remodel on time for me for a 2 bedroom, 2 bath condo. They installed new floors, painted, remodeled kitchen and bathrooms. The work was clean, Carlos was very responsive, and crew friendly. See before and after photos.

Carlos redid my kitchen with tile and replaced tile in the bathrooms that had been torn up due to plumbing issues. Carlos is very responsible and his goal is to please his customers. He explained the entire process to me and was efficient in following his time schedule in completing the work. His crew did an excellent job in tiling the kitchen and retiling the bathrooms. I am very pleased with the finished floors!

We had Avila Construction out last summer to build a master room addition for us. They did an amazing job. We are happy with the way the whole process went and with the final results. We first came across Avila Construction here on Yelp. Our kitchen was in major need of a remodel (hideous pink countertops from the 60's) and met with Carlos for an estimate soon after. He listened to our ideas as well as our concerns ($). He had a great input on what would work for our space and budget. Our kitchen was completed gutted, took down a low-bearing wall and inserted an appropriate beam to give us an open concept kitchen. They also installed new flooring throughout the whole house and turned our sunroom into a functional dining room. We are extremely pleased and thankful for the results and the workmanship of the Avila crew!
